I am a disabled veteran and I restore auto parts and other things because I really have a passion for doing this. I like to restore things back to the original condition or better.
I used to own my own transmission and engine rebuilding shop but due to a major stroke and recovering from this I doing this as hobby. I have 20 years plus in storing the 73-79 era Ford Trucks I know just about every inch of these trucks from body to frame to wiring to engines and transmissions. I figure when you do something for over 30 plus years you so of get it down to a science pretty much. Especially when you eat, sleep and work 73-79 Ford trucks. I also know transmissions, transfer cases, axles, suspension, and last but not least steering. I grew up in Detroit, Mi in a automotive family, my dad worked for GM Balance Engineering Research and Development for 40 years. I got the wrench bug early on. I have the master-catalog from Ford for the 73-79 Ford trucks F100-500 call me if have questions please.
