  The unit (the power supply for an Agilent E4406A) was as described and shipped promptly. A working E4406A was opened, its power supply was removed, and the unit from this vendor was installed. The E4406A started to boot up, but then stopped, as if the power button was pressed. After that, pressing the power button did nothing. Replacing the power supply with the original power supply, and the E4406A booted. Try again with the vendor's unit, and it would not turn "on". Do I have any recourse?

  Happily, the vendor has provided a shipping label and has promised a full refund once they receive the returned unit. I will use EBay's process to remove my (initially negative) review once that is done. (I should have contacted the Vendor before leaving the review!)
