  Item came just as described and in a box providing the wheel piece to stay in great condition (it’s a flimsy piece so this was a nice touch). Great price too, Maybe add additional time for shipping, no fault to the seller I believe. It was placed out and seen on tracking to be delivered by the sellers anticipating date, but was held up by the carrier. Overall great experience and would buy again from this seller.

  The seller is very engaging from the get go. As soon as the order is shipped which is less than a day after the order is placed, the seller sent out notification for the tracking info along with other specifics. Even though I changed my mind because I later realized the product is not what I need, the seller still offer options to help. I am very grateful the heartfelt engagement and the willingness to help. I know this is someone can be trusted. I would go with them again in the future.

  One reason I bought was the return policy. Reason I would buy from this seller again was the prompt refund with an item that came defective. There were clips holding the plastic to the metal that were broken (shipping??) and they refunded my full purchase price. And I didn't have to pay for return shipping. I wish the bumper came without the broken clips, but they made me whole by refunding my payment. Overall, great experience.

  Awesome seller and very accommodating! I received the part for my vehicle quicker than the expected shipment arrival. The part looks great and looks OEM. The part came with a few broken clips due to shipment and was not the sellers fault. I was refunded partial payment as a compensation by the seller. I would 100% recommend this seller.
