  The shoses looked in good condition, came nicely packed however it seems that this type of shoes are very prone to overuse and the bottom starts peeling leaving crumbs of black rubber on the floor. Better buy new ones when it comes to Bloch dancing shoes.

  I am very sorry this happened, as you said the shoes looked to be in good condition. I always do my best to accurately describe items and I test the soles of all shoes to the best of my ability. I'm sorry you felt the need to rate this according to the product and not the service. As soon as you contacted me I immediately apologized and refunded you in full. We conversed multiple times and it has been nearly a month since this was resolved. Again, I am sorry these shoes did not work out.
