    I’ve been with eBay 26 years and the seller advertise the rap dress. It’s not a true rap dress they’re sizing chart is wrong. Requested a return and seller would not send me a prepaid return label. They wanted me returned it. Let them know my shipping cost was and give them my PayPal account number so they can reimburse me. I asked eBay to step in with no success. This is possibly my last purchase after 26 years of eBay goodbye eBay.

    you open the return case said the size problem ,i ask resent the right size no need sent back ,but you choose all refund ,and don't want resent items back to me ,i told you i will pay the return shipping fees .

    I’ve been with eBay 26 years. I ordered this through eBay as a wrapped dress. It’s not a true wrap dress size is wrong. I requested a return it seller would not send me a paid return label. They wanted me to return it and give them my PayPal account number and they would refund through that. I protested with eBay with no success. This is possibly my last purchase before I cancel my membership. goodbye after 26 years.
