  Item received was as described and shipped on time. However, the packaging was sub-standard. The original box containing the remote was tossed into a larger shipping box without any filler; the remote bounced around during shipping. Prior to shipping, I emailed the seller to request they adequately package the item; I've received two of these remote damaged in shipping. One button on the remote I received was stuck. I was able to repair it but the transaction leaves me disappointed.

  This is an amazing seller! Package got stuck in a location for days out of sellers control and seller still was very quick to try to remedy the issue but didn’t need to in the end usps is just special these days. Seller shipped super fast communicated every step of the way and made sure package made it here safe and that I was satisfied.
