  I did make the item price offered and the seller asked me the price more than my offered price but I have agreed and paid for the item. The price I agreed in ebay emailed communications with the seller. I have paid the original price for the item and I have asked discount amount for refund but the seller refunded a full of item price, I received on 25 July 2025 in my bank account. The seller has refunded a full amount of the them price himself without my consent. The seller relisted for sell.

  Since the buyer paid the original price before we changed the price, we did full amount refund because of VAT. Then we relisted the item at lower price we agreed. As VAT depends on item price, we thought it was good for the buyer to pay the lower VAT. Here is the email we sent to the buyer right after the refund. “Hi, We have refunded for this item and just relisted it at $13.99 as we agreed. The new item number is #187434231307. Please take a look at this item number. Thank you.”
