In the Spring of 1968, I accompanied my parents on a business trip to San Francisco. Like any red blooded, American 21 year old boy I hit the A-Go-Go Bars, Haight-Ashbury, and the Avalon Ballroom. Clicked my heels twice and realized I wasn't in Indiana anymore.
