  I can't rate the item, only the seller because I never received it. The listing states shipping was with the Postal Service, The seller shipped it via UPS which does not deliver top my address. I contacted the seller about this twice, the first time they "sort of" indicated they would straighten it out. They did not, the second time they did not respond to my message.

  PolyMeshFibers was a great buyer. No complaints here. From my end I thought we did the right thing. We went to ship, saw that UPS would get there quicker by 2 days, and opted for that. After we shipped out, the buyer told us they were relying on the fact that we said on the listing we ship USPS. We do, but in this case we thought we were doing a favor by getting it to the customer sooner. This was our fault, and the customer did everything correct. We've refunded and sent a free tube via USPS.
