Item showed up broke with a broken wing. Seller offered $20 refund from the $110 I paid. I agreed to do $50 which is around half, but seller just opened a return for the full amount instead. Sent it back and still waiting for my refund... safe to say I will never buy from pandafox toys again. So buyers...if it shows up broke, good luck on getting things straightened out...

Even though we inspected and packed the model as securely as possible, mishaps can still happen during shipping and is out of our control. We offered the customer a $20 refund if the customer reattach the wing (which is an easy fix) and keeps the model, or a full refund if the customer returns the item. Customer rejected the $20 refund offer so we provide a prepaid return shipping label. Order was fully refunded within 2 days of the return being processed.
