  I ordered a PlayStation 3 guitar hero guitar, strap, game and dongle. I only received the guitar. I contacted the seller multiple times and they said they sent everything. I sent pictures of the packaging to no avail. The guitar is worthless to me without the dongle. Their response was to contact eBay. It’s my word against theirs. I can’t return something I never received. I feel like I have been ripped off. I would avoid this seller.

  Hello I do all the shipping for my wife's Ebay business. I love my job and enjoy the shipping industry very much! I distinctly remember wrapping the guitar strap, game & Guitar Hero dongle in bubble wrap. I also remember where each of those items were placed in the box so they could not damage the guitar in shipment. Why they didn't arrive, along with the guitar, is a mystery to me. Hopefully Ebay can make it right. Roger
