    The item was new and in perfect condition, including all the necessary cables. The transaction turned out to be perfect, but there was absolutely zero communication from the seller so it was very unclear if the item would actually arrive. No order confirmation email (but eBayshowed I had paid). FAQ says seller will ship within 15 days, oddly long, but OK. Item arrived in mailbox before shipping notice sent. Finally got shipping email, then carrier email (after item arrived in US)
