  This seller sent me an item that was broken before it went into the shipping box. I know it was broken before it was boxed because the missing piece was not in the box, and I searched each piece of packaging she put in there. When I told her that I didn't have a printer and needed her to mail me a return label, she refused. I had to find the time to go to USPS to send back an item that was broken even before it was boxed up for shipping. I would definitely not purchase from this buyer again.

  The item was not broken. I looked at it carefully before shipping. I put it in a box so the horns would not get broken off. I usually send belt buckles with a little bubble wrap and cardboard just around it. I know it was not broke. But still I accepted the return through Ebay. I paid for a postage label and Ebay sent it to the buyer. Then the buyer complains to me that I need to mail the postage label to them. What? I have never had a buyer ask me to do this. Crazy.
