  The part was shipped and picked up by Fedex on July 25th. Has not even been close to a month. Unfortunately, according to fedex they lost track of the package so we had to file a lost item claim. You were notified and updated on the situation on several occasions and a full refund was issued to you since the part had yet to arrive. Tracking now shows the item is now in your town and should arrive within the next 24 hours.
