    I have not yet received my shampoo and conditioner. I paid $16 for two little packs. If I don’t receive them by the end of this weekend I’m gonna file a complaint and for a return. My eBay says that they must’ve been delivered but they didn’t get delivered to my home.

    What you declare is false and a lie. You received exactly the color chevhai bought. We have photos and footage of the expedition. You tried to extort the few dollars from the order. We do not come to terms with thieves

    Hard to find discontinued product. It arrived in perfect condition and is authentic. However No lie, did take awhile to receive but I knew that going in and was willing to roll the dice and wait. For all of the negative reviews this company has received... be patient! this company is shipping from Italy.. did you really expect amazon 3 day service? The only thing that caught me off guard was signature required.. but that was fine I was there anyway so it wasn't an inconvenience. Perfect product!
