About us

We were originally started as Omega Thrift'n Records in 1979 by Gary Staiger and have been family owned ever since. Always keen at seeing a good business opportunity, Gary ditched the pottery and trinkets to start Omega Music in 1983. Since then, Omega Music has been a Dayton staple and hub for music enthusiasts. We feature a large selection of new and used vinyl, CDs, DVDs, posters, hi-fi equipment, books, lifestyle products and audio accessories. Our shipping services are exclusive to the continental United States.

We always use high quality shipping materials including Whiplash LP mailers!

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Media Mail for a flat $7 fee.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
