    Unbelievably great transaction couldn’t be happier with this coat and the other one I bought at the same time from the early on communication and negotiations through the fitting and shipping I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience.     Coat arrived in good shape and as described,but smelled of tobacco. I contacted the seller and they offered for me to return the coat and they would apply an Ozone treatment to remove the odor, but the cost for shipping would make it too expensive, so the kindly refunded me $40 so I could apply it to local furrier for cleaning. I really appreciate the customer service, very prompt and accommodating. Will purchase from this seller again.

    To say this coat is stunning is an understatement. The quality is excellent. The colors are gorgeous. The fit is perfect. This is my second coat from this seller and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Olivier updated me periodically as to the progress and promptly answered my questions.     The raccoon headband is lovely, as is the raccoon hat, matching the descriptions applied to them by Olivier Furs. They are overall excellent purchases. I appreciated the sound advice Olivier gave me with regard to selecting the hat. The items were shipped promptly and arrived well-packaged.
