  When I pointed out defects in the train set that purchase, she responded immediately and we were able to come to a resolution. Listed as "new" ,set had significant issues with broken and missing parts. "New" sets have a warrantee card but this set did not. The container box was missing its plastic internal window which contains the contents from falling out. The locomotive and tank car had missing/broken parts ..most significant was loco rear coupler and missing number board.
