We sell new, Used, and our very own line of fully re-manufactured equipment with the best industry warranty's. All of our re-manufactured equipment comes with at least the same warranty as the item did new and often its double the time. We were the first company to offer a full 2year warranty on all pumps we sell. eBay is currently the only way to buy retail from us, we function most as a B2B business using 3rd party vendors, stores and service pro's to sell our products.     This very specific item was well advertised and arrived on the early side of their shipping window. The quality and condition of the circuit board looks great and it was well protected in the shipping box. I am waiting for warmer weather to install the circuit board in my hot tub but everything looks perfect so far. Good seller!

    They sent me a totally different pump and claimed that it was the same as a Hayward pump. And, they also flat out refused to take the used pump they sent me. Will never shop from here again.

    Customer ordered and received a 100% genuine Hayward pump (the pump advertised in listing) but believed it was not, They also purchased a remanufactured item that was clearly stated in the description. We DID also accept the return, and lost a lot of money because they gave a false reason for the return which wasn't fair but none the less they got a full refund. Sellers lose when buyers make false claims, but we stood behind what we sold and we were the only losers and got bad feedback!

    The heavy soldering station was packed on top of the precision hot tweezers and damaged them, seller accepted the return with any issue though.

    We received the item back and the damage stated was not present????? no bent tweezers ??? Wish folks were honest when they decide they don't want something, Nothing like unfairly loosing money! They got a full refund including shipping because they said it was damaged when in fact it was not!
