    Wheels arrived filthy. Covered in some granite dust. Seller offered to return them which would have taken more time to repackage them then run to the part store and get some more aggressive of cleaner. Auction stated that tire sensors were included. There was no tire sensors inside the tires.

    We apologize for the oversight on this order. Our new team didn’t follow protocol to check & install TPMS on OEM takeoffs & to be sure they are wiped down. We offered to cover the return shipping & a full fund which they never responded. We reached an additional 6 times to try to resolve the issue with no response. Still with no communication we went ahead & gave them a $250 refund on their order. We truly are sorry for the issue. If you would like to discuss I am always available. 941-822-9730
