I need to be able to return this item to the seller. It was sold minus the Insignia remote. It cannot be turned on manually. Therefore it will NOT FUNCTION with a universal remote. As is, it makes an ugly piece of statuary.

Customer couldn't figure out how to hook up their monitor. Gave them a great deal, offered lots of help and even a free converter, but they declined and left negative feedback. Computer works fine and is for sale item #: 167639421228

The computer I received was in manufacturing bios mode from the start. The computer looked great but after one boot up went to repair mode. I contacted the seller to no avail.

I'm sorry but that just isn't true. It has a BIOS message that I clearly described in the listing. I tried to help you but you wouldn't describe the issue and then stopped responding to me. You said the computer is "missing a RAM card" (what is a RAM card?), in "manufacturing BIOS mode" (no such thing exists), and "wont accept software applications" (what does that mean?). But again, I can only help so much if you won't respond. Customer was offered full refund.
