My shop is called Object Book, as its the name of my former book artists studio, which I ran at Merton Abbey Mills - the site where William Morris and Liberty used to make their textiles.
I started exploring interesting ways of using embroidery to make unusual books - one skein led to another and I now run my crafts business full time! Now based in Liverpool, I post wool and thread to crafters across the globe.
I'm proud to stock Appletons British Tapestry and Crewel Wool, which I've always had a soft spot for! I'm one of few UK suppliers of CXC thread - a cheap but high quality alternative to the leading brand.
