  Promptly shipped. BUT this group of "Cerustop" tools do not fit into my Phonak hearing aids. I have used Cerustop thingies for years, and am totally familiar with my kits. With these, the white inserts are too small and when poked into the hearing aid earoieces aren't gripped and retained. I tried several, none of which worked. Tossed the lot. I don't know if these are "knock off" copies or a different model number from the working ones I have on hand.

  I have Oticon OT 70 Intent miniRITE hearing aids. New filter would not seat. They look like the right size but would not transfer from the holder platform to the hearing aids.
