  It took several days to ship, but the shipping itself was extremely fast - DHL express from Japan to America took only 2-3 days! I like that this seller uses dhl express since this the company emails the customer and allows them to authorize a signature release. The puzzle itself was packaged well and arrived with no flaws - it was in brand new condition as described and the value was great - other sellers list the same puzzle for nearly twice the price. Communication was also good. A++++

  Seller is very good: 1) described product well (but could have shown the leather pouch for the product); 2) shipped promptly; and 3) the product was well packed and arrived in good shape. The only negative was an additional fee (~40% added to product cost) labeled as "shipping cost". It was probably due to an additional import duty imposed by the U.S., not the seller. This added cost caused a delay of several days because DHL failed to notify me.
