    Bought two items with "Best Offer" Seller stated He does NOT combine shipping Received package with only ONE item Seller stated he put both in same box (yet charged TRIPLE shiping charges!!)and said I was "trying to scam him" Refused to refund for the unreceived item and the item I did receive to be returned!! eBay had to step in Seller has about complaints for unreceived items and is currently under investtigation BEWARE!
