We had been promptly sending replacement items for repairs, but due to customs changes affecting shipments to the U.S., the replacement items we sent were returned. I was also busy handling customs issues and couldn't contact you immediately. We will continue to work to ensure we can send repair items going forward.

    Famicom works perfectly and looks VERY VERY good for how old it is. It does have the mic issues on the second controller, but I'm pretty sure almost all of them do. It should be a fairly easy fix for me. Overall I'm very, very happy with the system. Thank you so much!
