The parcel arrived on time but only two balls were still inside. Seller was cooperative and offered full refund. Will buy from again, and recommend seller to do a bit better job taping the plastic bag and bubble wrap to help keep the balls contained inside the paper parcel during transit.

One part was shipped seperate for no apparent reason and arrived 2 weeks late. Seller kept offering a $10 refund on an order I paid almost $150 for. Seller also kept telling me that there wasn't a problem or they aren't damaged much. After all this still no refund and I had to purchase again elsewhere. Stay away!
