    Item is exactly as the pictures show - nothing wrong there. However, if you are making the purchase, looking for something you can wear long-term, I couldn't wear it for longer than 24 hours. The weight pulls the ring down, increasing the pressure on testis, and it's not easy to clean underneath either. Since there is hinge, there are two possible pinch points (hinge and screw side). Therefore, removing the ring and putting it back can be a bit cumbersome. Overall, good for temporary pleasure.
