The Auris has a projector headlight for high and low beam. Low beam is created by a shutter blocking off the top 50% of the light. So, on low beam, 50% of the light hits the road surface. A dreadful design (style over function) but these LEDs make up for the '50% shutter'. Hopeful that they'll last too, as the 3 year warranty gives confidence. Recommended.
