    I am disappointed in the new in box sign .I was worried when it arrived as the bulb was flying around loose in the box and I had to disassemble it to put the bulb back in. ( IT DIDNT WORK!!). Even for a new item it should be checked before shipping it out. I had to purchase a new bulb ($13.00) to get it to work. For a new in box sign there was a lot of extra work to get it to work.
