I tried twice over a full week to get an update on my order and got no response. Only after I reported the non-delivery to eBay did the seller finally reply — saying they couldn’t even find the item. This is a complete waste of my time and a total disregard for my attempts to get information. Why list something for sale if you’re not even sure you have it in stock?
