  Could not get the laptop set up myself. There was an issue with the windows version. This could only be fixed after changing settings in bios. Might have been a one time thing. Never bought anything else from this company but I have to give only 1 star for This experience. Shipping time was great though and the laptop was visually in excellent condition. But I almost ended up having to return it.
