Item was listed as new!!!! For starters the box was badly torn in a big V shape on the front of the box!!!!! This had been sellotaped up on the INSIDE!!!! Also the Harley paper packaging inside of the box was torn to shreds!!!! The seller obviously has had this item as a return & passed it on to me!!!! I like to keep my packaging pristine, so I can sell it on in the future without any worries!!!! I couldn’t sell this on as good as new!!!! Please send me a BRAND NEW REPLACEMENT !

If the buyer had contacted us, any issues would have been resolved immediately, instead, they decided to leave negative feedback. The buyer has been asked to return the item for a full refund but has not done so. which proves there was nothing wrong with the item or the packaging.
