  Seller never sent my item and ignored my requests / communications. Not a good seller as take money and not shipping and then ignoring communication! eBay is issuing refund. But this does not help that my travel plans were interrupted due to seller not honoring as advertised and delivery dates.

  Seller has sent me the wrong roof rails,they asked me if my car was standard wheelbase or long and I told them it was standard wheelbase but they sent me the long wheelbase rails that are too long and can not be fitted to my vehicle,I have sent them photos and explained what is wrong and asked them to send me the correct rails for my vehicle and I have asked if I need to send the ones I have back to them,still waiting for response

  The roof racks are very good quality. It was 1 month before the racks were sent. And the racks are hard to put together. Because of this, I am choosing to bolt my accessories on , rather than use the T slot. I would absolutely buy these again. - hint - we eventually used tape to hold the nut thing in place
