Sent message and was told it was lost in the mail and they would either track down the record or give refund on the following day. Instead I was ghosted and haven't gotten either the item or refund and had to open a case with PayPal. They haven't cooperated with PayPal investigation other than giving tracking info. As of August 18th I still haven't gotten a refund or the item.
