  First issue: taxes paid when bought, but seller did not fill the declaration with the IOSS code (althought it was on purchase info, just had to fill it out)because of that, I had to pay taxes second time on arrival so I paid full item price 2 times. Second issue: quality is terrible, poorly made, eye stick has a sharp edge and its not possible to use in the eyes as it would scratch it and its made for eyes! Doesnt look new, as brass has green residue on it when opened. Its not worth the money.
