    Sent the wrong item a tv remote when I ordered shaver heads when I told them they said send the remote back didn’t send shaver heads till I had returned tv remote they asked if I wanted the shaver heads even though I had paid for them I said yes of course they came and they were total junk didn’t cut and extremely noisey making a loud grating sound I informed them of this they said contact eBay for a return postage I did still not received it days later but they did refund me only because eBay
