  An utterly STUNNING piece of fabric in a most beautiful shade of blue. As described, great value and condition ( though slightly strange odour, perhaps anti-mould treatment (?). Very securely packaged in cling film and plastic, in a cotton bag. An unusual shape to package fabric in, like a pupae, lol.
