  My experience was bad. I bought the item on 5/18/25, the tracking shows it was sent on 5/20 and never was accepted. I contacted the seller 5/27 for an update. He replied 5/28 that he mailed it 5/27. It never showed it was accepted and seller went radio silent. I noticed that the item was suddenly "out of stock" now. I conclude that the seller probably never had the item to sell/send. I understand. Funny thing, after I bought it, I fixed my fan and didn't need this anymore. eBay refunded my money

  Sorry i do not know what happened. Package was dropped along with many others. I do not know what happened to it. I was at wok most of the time last several days and i did not even see your case. Item is still in stock. I needed to update the qty so i temporarily placed it out f stock

  Item well packed but shipping left much to be desired. Order was placed 5/13, shipping label created 5/14, but USPS did not receive package until 5/24. Delivered in TX 5/27. USPS did their part well, but they can't do anything until they receive the item, regardless of whether the order has been "shipped".
