  Item received in perfect condition as described. Very well packed. looks very good and my wife is very happy with it. It was reasonable value for money. The Quality is good and I hope it lasts a long time. Only problem was I didn't get a tracking number, that I requested, so I didn't know when it was going to arrive. Otherwise no problems.

  Hi there item was said to be delivered but I initially did not receive the item,I contacted the seller on three occasions to resolve this issue, I in the end visited my local royal mail office and they said that item was left with my neighbor, was not happy because he held onto the item for 5 days and made me think all sorts of negative things. Great item but royal mail should have left me an advise card telling me where the item was.thank you

  The two items that I purchased were as described. I've left neutral feedback because the items (MIRRORS!) were very poorly & inadequately packed - not individually packed, just put in a box side by side (nothing in-between them to protect them,) with a small amount of brown paper packing down the other side. Contacted the seller, the response was "the way they pack their items allows them to be competitve on price!" Fortunately, they were undamaged and the seller did offer to take them back
