  Unit arrived dirty and not working to receive a weather radio station in the same city as my sister-in-law who suffers from the aftermath of a stroke. In addition to the condition, the seller failed to follow instructions to send the unit directly to my sister-in-law and I had to remail it to her. I didn't open the original package, just put a new label on it and sent it off. The seller did send me $5 as a partial rebate on the shipping charges. Caveat Emptor.
