  I usually never leave negative feedback.This is an exception. I purchased this set & paid $8.99 for shipping. I received it bent in several places due to inadequate packaging causing irreparable damage to the covers.The auction stated returns were accepted but apparently they are not. When I emailed the seller, she became extremely angry & hateful. She insisted on pictures of every page (10) & then said she didn't receive them. She did-they were sent thru Ebay's messaging.Waste of money~BEWARE!.

  Wow! Is this calling the kettle black. As you can see from my feedback, I pack my items very well. I never said I would not accept the return and you have since been refunded. I apologized for it arriving damaged and merely asked you to send full pictures of the damage, not every page, so I could be sure it was my item.You were the demanding, angry and hateful one threatening me, telling me I was wasting your precious time and that I was nasty and ridiculous. Anger mgmt. should be in your future
