      Item is in GREAT shape. The box got totally destroyed in shipping, but item was packaged so well that there wasn't any damage to the item. Worth what we paid and exactly as described. Will definitely do business with them again. Item came in very quickly.

      Sell said it was in good working condition. It was dirty and the spools were rusty. I message sell and he said it was used and not rebuild but I can rebuild. But good working order would be ready to use not needing to be tore down and cleaned. DONT BUY FORM THUS SELLER. This was not a good value

      Hi Casey, our sales team has tried reaching out multiple times to resolve this after you had initially reached out to which we have not gotten a response. We also offered to have this shipped back free of charge as you were not happy with the valve despite the fact you had not actually installed the valve before claiming it needed to be torn down and cleaned for it to function correctly. If there is anything we can do to make this right from our end please do not hesitate to reach out again.
