    The quality and condition of the phone were fine, but it was previously a business phone that was locked by that company's IT department and completely unusable. I don't know if the seller is intentionally selling unusable phones or just lazy, but either way what they sold me was basically a brick. On the positive side, they accepted a refund request right away when I pointed it out.
