In case the parts are damaged after assembly by unauthorized persons, we act according to the procedures in our sales contract.
It is your responsibility to prove that the product has been replaced by the authorized service and with its invoice, so that you can request a product replacement or refund within the scope of the warranty.
but if the part is damaged due to the transactions you have made out of the service without an invoice, we cannot make a change in this case.
