    Quality was OEM or better. I was amazed with how clean it was, and at the price it was a STEAL. The top is either painted or powder coated black (couldn’t tell which), and it all went on perfectly, the gaskets, cylinder rings, and that oddly shaped gasket that goes inside the cover…LOVED IT!!!
