    Absolutely gutted waited all that time for my dogs bib to come to see it’s not been personalised with the wording I ordered now he’s got 2 of the same bibs. Total waste of time if I knew this was going to be the case I would have got it off the supplier I normally use.

    No personalisation notes were added to the order as my listing suggests, so how can i possibly personalise without knowing what you wanted. Also, as you stated 'ALL THAT TIME' You ONLY actually waited 5 working days in total from ordering to receiving your order. For future reference i would suggest reading sellers descriptions before ordering and thinking we are mind readers.
