  Arrived broken so messaged seller rather than opening a case. They send 1 message a day drawing out the situation. Twice they offered a £3 refund if I considered the item usable. TBH I was not happy as I had waited a while to buy one of these and really wanted it but I accepted as these things happen especially when a heavy item is not packaged well. I also asked them a question about the item which was totally ignored. They never replied to my last message and they never sent the £3 refund

  Seller has messaged me today 1 month after I raised this issue with them. They said "Please double check we already refund you. Please remove negative feedback." They then refunded the £3 that they had not already refunded. DEFINITELY STILL ONE TO AVOID !

Wanted to help with house move but arrived after we departed, however now received and fitted and all good. Item as described, great quality, good price and perfect for future use.
