    The items shipped relatively quickly, were well packed, and arrived safely. These EEPROM chips appear to be completely genuine. The condition of the chips was exactly as the seller described and they do appear to be NOS. The splayed leads on the chips is another sign they haven't been used. I was successfully able to both program and erase the chips with my TL866 device. This was a reasonable value and I would rely upon this seller again for future IC purchases.
