    The DVD is in great condition. However, Neutral feedback is because of how long it took to get here. I ordered the DVD in plenty of time to show for an upcoming movie night with our teen ministry. A lesson was prepared based on the movie. Was marked shipped the next day when actually it wasn’t dropped off until three days later after. Consequently we had to change the lesson and movie. I think a shipped message should only be generated after a tracking number is generated by the shipper.
